This SmallRig Sony A7SIII cage retains access to camera controls and has a variety of mounting options.
In addition to a holder and multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes, this adaptable aluminum cage features several ARRI-style holders to prevent accessories from twisting when mounted on the cage.

The cage also incorporates an anti-twist design with an M2.5 screw attached to the strap hole in addition to the 1/4″-20 camera mounting screw so that the camera cannot move in the cage.
