ARRI’s most sophisticated LED illuminator, the L7-C, has just received a brightness boost. Advances in ARRI LED technology have made it possible to upgrade the L7-C with a new LED module – Light Engine 2 – making it about 25% brighter than the previous version.
With this upgrade, the L7-C is more versatile than ever, but still consumes only 160W and retains all the features of the series such as 2800K to 10000K adjustment, green / magenta correction, hue and saturation control and much more.
The complete L7 line includes the L7-TT and L7-DT, as well as the new L7-C, making the L7 series one of the most functional LED Fresnel product lines on the market.
The L7 excels in the precision with which it renders a wide range of colors and with which it produces a quality light similar to that of its tungsten peer. All of these features allow lighting professionals to use L-Series illuminators just like traditional light sources, with the added flexibility and versatility of ARRI’s LED products. Light Engine 2 is now standard with every L7- C, but an update is also available for existing L7-Cs.
